The youth will be taught to utilize Interlocking Brick Making Technology (IBMT). IBMT is highly cost effective. In comparison with standard brick making machines it uses a minimal amount of cement and more organic sand producing high quality bricks in the process. The durability of interlocking bricks has been tested in a simulation and the results showed that 95% of the time it is earthquake resistant. Learn more.

SAGRO, ALLIANCE and SAESOLITE are aware of the strengths and weaknesses of the fish farming industry in Sub-Saharan African countries. Different types of fish will be bred depending on the area. Within a specific time in acquiring the skills through training, the youth will gain experience in sand-free fish handling, fresh fish packaging and storage, distribution and sales. Through training they will acquire the knowledge in modern brick oven fish drying so they can be active in domestic and global markets. Learn more.

Ware Housing & Storage Operation would enhance youth with Technics in using forklift machines to pack goods in the racks, in loading and offloading trucks with various kinds of produce.
